This role demands a seasoned expert who can lead complex projects and engage deeply with engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large-scale software systems and technical leadership.

Responsibilities include making high-stakes architecture decisions, defining long-term architecture strategies, and ensuring system design standards are met. Compensation ranges from $300,000- $385,000 + Bonus + Stock Equity, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building and scaling large-scale software systems.
• Prior experience as a Chief Architect or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling mission-critical, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Legion’s senior-most hands-on technical authority for complex architecture.
• Lead technical decisions across AI systems and distributed systems.
• Establish engineering-wide standards for system design and performance.
