Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Lead AI Platform Engineer to own, scale, and orchestrate our internal AI platform. The role includes hands-on coding, setting architectural direction, and partnering with executives to align AI initiatives with company strategy.

You will guide LLM workflows, enterprise integrations, and shared infra while mentoring the AI & Automation team and driving adoption of AWS Bedrock and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production backend or full stack software.
• 2+ years building production LLM or agent-based systems that real users depend on.
• Deep AWS experience, with Bedrock strongly preferred.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python development experience.
• Experience with agent frameworks or protocols such as MCP, A2A, or similar technologies.
• Strong API design and distributed systems experience.
• Experience building platforms that other engineers build upon.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the company's internal AI platform, expanding LLM capabilities, agent workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Evolve the external MCP platform powering AI-native customer workflows.
• Design and build shared AI infrastructure, including model routing, evaluation, guardrails, observability, secrets management, and cost controls.
• Lead adoption of AWS Bedrock and AgentCore while evaluating new AWS AI capabilities.
• Drive architectural decisions across integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Mentor engineers within the AI & Automation team while remaining highly hands-on.
