Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred.
• 3–5 years of cost estimation experience on data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution equipment.
• Experience with estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for electrical building projects, including expansions and upgrades.
• Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine scope, materials, and labor needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to refine cost projections.
• Source pricing from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to senior management and clients.
• Maintain up-to-date cost databases and market condition insights.
