Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in cost estimation for data center or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil components.
• Proficient in estimating software and cost-tracking methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for electrical building projects.
• Analyze requirements, drawings, and specs to determine scope, materials and labor.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and PM teams to refine projections.
• Identify cost risks and propose value engineering solutions.
• Prepare and present estimates to stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date cost database and market trends.
