• 8+ years of experience in application support, production support, or a similar technical role.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-module, custom, or enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; UNIX/Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for production applications, systems, and business users.
• Investigate incidents, outages, performance issues, and defects; troubleshoot and triage to root causes.
• Provide Tier 2 application support and assist end users with production-related issues.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, batch processes, interfaces, and workflows; resolve failures.
• Develop data extracts, reports, and analyses based on business requirements using SQL and reporting tools.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities; maintain documentation.
