Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Coding Business Analyst for a remote position requiring residency in KY or IN. The role involves organizing, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources related to Ambulatory Coding and Ambulatory CDI, and delivering ad hoc and recurring reports for internal and external presentations.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma; Certification or degree in Health Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field required.
• Associate degree or higher in health information technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years job-related experience.
• EPIC EMR experience, HCC Coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares data and graphs for various monthly presentations. Formats vary based on need.
• Produces associated reports and graphs monthly.
• Create and maintain templates used to support the Coding team.
• Extract and produce other analysis reports as required to support the continuous improvement efforts of Coding
