Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst – Associate for a remote work position requiring residency in KY or IN. Under supervision, you will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues for all Baptist Health entities and guide users with template-driven solutions.

You will escalate issues following established guidelines to second level teams using helpdesk tools. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree with related experience or 2 years in technology/healthcare support, plus

Qualifications

Associate degree with one year of job-related experience or two years of direct experience in a technology or healthcare support related role in lieu of degree.
Prior healthcare support or healthcare customer support position preferred.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
Experience working in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide software, hardware, and network troubleshooting and problem resolution to all Baptist Health entities.
Diagnose questions/problems and guide users through template-driven solutions in a helpdesk environment.
Communicate solutions clearly in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Escalate issues to appropriate second level support teams per guidelines using helpdesk software and tools.
