National Veterinary Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics for NVA Pet Resorts.

In this remote, full‑time role, you will lead the Analytics Team, own data governance, and deliver insights to Finance, Operations and Marketing to drive pricing, grooming, membership and loyalty improvements. You'll manage an analyst and a Power BI developer, partner with cross‑functional leaders to translate analytics into actions, and build a KPI suite and scalable reporting across boarding,

Qualifications

8–10+ years in BI/Analytics or related field.
Proven team leadership with development of analysts/developers.
Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework.
Strong statistical foundation with business impact.
Ability to translate unstructured problems into actionable processes.
Proven stakeholder partnership and cross‑functional collaboration.
Knowledge of data terms, standards and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead a two-person analytics team (analyst and Power BI developer) and prioritize requests.
Partner with Field Ops, Finance, Marketing to translate priorities into analyses.
Develop and maintain KPIs; communicate findings to senior leadership with recommendations.
Own Pet Resorts reporting portfolio and roadmap; define requirements and governance.
Ensure data quality and collaborate with data engineering on the gold layer.
