Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is expanding its team with a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics. This role leads the multidisciplinary analytics function and translates data into strategic recommendations to drive client retention, growth, and market competitiveness.

You will partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and other functions to deliver integrated analyses and scalable analytics solutions. The role emphasizes data quality and governance, with mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare economic/financial modeling and analysis.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Pricing strategy and market analysis experience required.
• RFPs and competitive market analysis experience preferred.
• SAS/SQL/QlikSense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics team and deliver client performance insights.
• Develop integrated analyses combining underwriting, pricing, and market intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and others to craft data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as strategic advisor during client consultations and market engagements.
• Direct analyses evaluating current and prospective client performance to improve competitiveness.
• Lead creation of analytic tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions.
• Translate complex data into concise, actionable executive recommendations.
• Identify market trends and pricing considerations affecting strategy.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and scalable analytics design.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement analytics solutions and improve reporting.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and analytical consistency.
• Serve as the NavKey analytics SME for stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and insight.
• Mentor and develop team members for growth.
