Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Key Analytics to lead a centralized analytics team. You will deliver insights that drive growth, client retention, and market competitiveness across underwriting, pricing, rebates, and reporting.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Network Strategy to design scalable analytics and executive-ready recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, either leading individuals or teams.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience with RFPs and competitive market analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead Navitus Key Analytics team with client performance analytics and strategic insights.
• Oversee development of analyses combining underwriting, pricing, market intelligence, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and Account Management to evaluate opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as strategic advisor during client consultations, renewals, and market engagements.
• Direct analyses to improve competitiveness, value, and growth opportunities.
• Lead creation of analytical tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into concise recommendations for executives and partners.
• Identify market trends and pricing considerations impacting client performance and strategy.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design scalable analytics solutions.
