Job summary

Healthcasts, a fast-growing healthcare media company with a Palm Beach, FL base and a fully remote workforce, seeks a senior, client-facing data leader who blends hands-on analysis with executive relationship management. You will independently extract and analyze data while shaping account strategy and client value delivery.

You will own analytics and insights across HCP advertising and education, lead client conversations, and partner with sales/marketing to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing analytics or advertising data roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts in a player-coach capacity.
• Knowledge of healthcare advertising and regulatory constraints.
• Track record advising client stakeholders directly with data.
• Ability to build or scale an analytics function with standards and templates.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics and insights strategy across the HCP advertising and education client portfolio.
• Serve as the senior analytics voice in client relationships, supporting strategic reviews.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client success to inform account strategy using data.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of analysts across accounts.
• Stay hands-on with high-stakes client analyses and establish scalable reporting frameworks.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and best practices for reporting and insight generation.
