Boulder Care is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own data infrastructure and insights, supporting growth, marketing, and patient acquisition analytics. You will build scalable data assets with the Principal Data Engineer, ensure secure modeling of clinical, operational, and growth data, and translate business questions into robust analytical workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, data analysis, or related roles.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on dbt experience building scalable data models.
• Experience with BigQuery and cloud data warehouses.
• Proven use of Looker/LookML for self‑service analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and data governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own data modeling and end‑to‑end pipeline development from ingestion to reporting.
• Collaborate with the Principal Data Engineer to implement ETL/ELT workflows.
• Build and maintain semantic layers and scalable Looker dashboards.
• Mentor analysts in SQL, dbt, and analytical workflows.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and secure handling of sensitive data.
