Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own data infrastructure and business insights, focusing on growth, marketing, and patient acquisition analytics. You will build scalable data assets with the Principal Data Engineer and enable self-service analytics across the organization.

Remote role available in the United States; salary range starts at $155,000 and goes to $170,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, data analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments with autonomous work style.
• Advanced SQL and building scalable data models with dbt.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Pipeline Development: build end-to-end data pipelines and robust models in BigQuery using dbt.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Analytical Translation: translate business questions into data projects and communicate insights clearly.
• Team Mentorship & Capability Building: mentor analysts in SQL, dbt, and analytics workflows.
• Data Quality, Governance & Documentation: implement data validation, testing, and governance; maintain docs.
• Continuous Improvement & Startup Agility: identify data gaps and drive optimization across the stack.
