SimplePractice LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to advance our Marketing Sciences data ecosystem. You will architect infrastructure powering growth, from attribution to productionalized predictive models, ensuring high fidelity signals for NBA and pLTV frameworks.

You’ll bridge data engineering with growth initiatives, collaborating across Data Analytics, ML, Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable data products for clinicians in private practice.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years in data/analytics engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Experience building scalable data systems and pipelines with modern tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Analytics and Engineering to build scalable data systems from diverse sources.
• Lead technical vision and architecture for short- and long-term goals.
• Own data stack from ingestion to consumption and enable internal/external analytics.
