Attentive is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build robust dashboards, design scalable data models, and drive data-driven decisions across the business. You will own end-to-end analytic initiatives, collaborate with product, eng, finance, and operations, and mentor junior teammates in Looker and SQL.

Qualifications

• 4+ years writing and optimizing SQL for large datasets.
• 4+ years building BI dashboards and reports (Looker or Tableau).
• 4+ years analyzing data to identify trends and support decisions.
• 3+ years designing and maintaining data models for analytics.
• 2+ years ETL/ELT and analytics platform experience.
• 2+ years collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• 2+ years presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build robust, executive-facing dashboards to support key decisions.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, semantic layers, and datasets.
• Apply statistics and data analysis to extract insights from large data sets.
• Develop and manage our Looker analytics platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytic engineering initiatives across domains.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, and operations to define metrics and reporting.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and improve analytics tooling.
• Create documentation for metrics, data models, dashboards, and workflows.
• Mentor junior analytics engineers and contribute to code reviews.
