Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in contact center or cloud-based AI solutions.
- Proven expertise with Amazon Connect and AWS integration services.
- Strong background in building and debugging chat flows, APIs, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Bot Attacks and optimize chatbot security and reliability.
- Administer and optimize Amazon Connect Chat environments.
- Build and support chat routing and flows for customer interactions.
- Support integrations with Parloa and AI Agent platforms.
- Troubleshoot chat sessions, transfers, and routing issues.
- Manage chat authentication and identification workflows.
- Analyze customer experience metrics and containment performance.
- Configure contact flows, prompts, and participant experiences.
- Support chatbot releases and production deployments.
- Collaborate with Product, BX, and Service Center Operations teams.
