Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in contact center or cloud-based AI solutions.
• Proven expertise with Amazon Connect and AWS integration services.
• Strong background in building and debugging chat flows, APIs, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Bot Attacks and optimize chatbot security and reliability.
• Administer and optimize Amazon Connect Chat environments.
• Build and support chat routing and flows for customer interactions.
• Support integrations with Parloa and AI Agent platforms.
• Troubleshoot chat sessions, transfers, and routing issues.
• Manage chat authentication and identification workflows.
• Analyze customer experience metrics and containment performance.
• Configure contact flows, prompts, and participant experiences.
• Support chatbot releases and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, BX, and Service Center Operations teams.
