Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect on the AI native team to shape the big data landscape with leading data engineers and data scientists. You will guide customers through architecture, implementation, and best practices using our platform and APIs, and develop technical champions along the way.

You will partner with sales, provide technical leadership, and validate integrations with cloud services and third-party tools. Remote work is possible, with Pacific/Mountain Time preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, data science, architecture or pre-sales/consulting.
• Experience building distributed data systems.
• Comfortable programming in Python and SQL.
• Built solutions with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Expertise in Spark, Hadoop, Kafka or pandas/scikit-learn/PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Willing to travel to customers in your region.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline is desirable.
• Databricks Certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to help customers see how Databricks solves business problems.
• Consult on big data architectures and proof of concepts across data engineering/DS/ML.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and support users across teams.
• Promote and recruit contributors for Databricks open-source projects.
