Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with leading enterprise clients, architecting and deploying high-impact AI solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to production deployment, bridging Rackspace AI capabilities with customer needs.

You will build data pipelines, LLM/SLM tuning, and multi-agent workflows, with exposure to enterprise systems and GPU infrastructure. This role offers remote work with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Must be Palantir certified.
• 6+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery with 4+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Proven production-grade AI/ML deployment experience at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business challenges, map data landscapes, and co-design AI solutions on-site.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI workflows, RAG pipelines, and knowledge graphs.
• Architect production-grade AI applications and integrate with ERP/CRM/data lakes.
• Build scalable data pipelines and fine-tune LLM/SLM models; orchestrate multi-agent workflows.
