Job summary

Teradyne seeks a Senior ML/AI Engineer to design, build, and productionize ML/AI solutions for the IT organization. You will bridge development and ownership, ensuring durable, governed AI capabilities and scalable MLOps across Azure, Vertex AI, and Snowflake Cortex.

You’ll lead end-to-end generative AI work, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers while delivering measurable business impact. North Reading, MA on-site role with strong comp and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of ML/AI or software engineering experience, incl. 3+ years building and operating production ML/AI systems.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; hands-on with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise AI platforms: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operationalize ML/AI solutions for IT.
• Develop end-to-end ML/GenAI using Azure, Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex.
• Own ML/LLMOps pipelines and release processes.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across teams.
