Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered solutions with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to lead AI projects from design to production.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD for AI components.
• Ability to mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to design and architecture of AI-enabled solutions.
• Designs and operates agentic systems and RAG pipelines.
• Applies prompt and context engineering practices.
• Builds workflows and automations using n8n and integrations.
• Establishes evaluation, testing, and observability practices.
• Participates in code reviews and continuous improvement.
