You'll own end-to-end AI product development, from ideation to deployment, build scalable ML models, and collaborate with clinical, research and analytics teams to create reliable, high-impact experiences for members in a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production AI/ML experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, and system design.
• Deep experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and deploying AI models at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Voice AI or multi-modal models is a plus.
