Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field required.
• 6+ years of software development, engineering, or systems architecture experience.
• 4 years in US healthcare with Prior Authorization/Referrals/Eligibility exposure.
• 2 years with API design, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL.
• 2 years with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, X12, HL7/FHIR).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture solutions for Prior Authorization, Referrals, and Eligibility systems, aligning with security standards.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope and translate objectives into design diagrams.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams.
• Guide implementation with Application Development teams and resolve blockers.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions with responsible AI practices.
• Utilize enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and drive automation.
• Evaluate trends in AI, cloud engineering, and modern app development to inform design and innovation.
• Conduct architecture reviews, define patterns, and build POCs to mitigate risks.
• Mentor engineering teams to ensure adherence to architecture and patterns.
• Identify risks and communicate trade-offs to keep sprints on track.
