Qualifications

• 4+ years of solutioning experience in legacy and modern software development lifecycle and services delivery.
• 2+ years engaging directly in responding to technical RFPs.
• Experience defining and driving the technical direction of prospective business opportunity proposals and strategic pursuits, developing solutions architectures and providing analysis of alternatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving both the Business and IT strategies to cohesively propel each other at organizational, national, and/or global scale.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with various Architects on product delivery and technology selection.
• Own solution intent, architectural integrity, and lifecycle from pre-award through implementation, production, and sustainment.
• Ensure architecture aligns with contractual obligations, design patterns, security expectations, and roadmaps.
• Balance architecture against price-to-win scenarios and determine optimum solutions.
• Advise senior leadership on capital tech investments and strategic roadmaps.
• Promote best practices in technology integration, cloud, managed services, and process improvement.
• Maintain end-to-end program IT architecture and drive continuous technology improvement.
• Create diagrams and views at appropriate detail levels.
• Mentor business partners through technical and business understanding of landscape, costs and risks.
• Drive technology acceleration and foster innovation to achieve business outcomes.
• Define and drive technical direction for proposals and strategic pursuits; contribute to writing and assessments of proposals.
• Collaborate with Security stakeholders to ensure alignment with security frameworks and controls.
• Assess market technology trends and capabilities of related solutions for larger offerings.
• Support marketing materials development (whitepapers, slicks, trifolds).
• Develop IT-based solutions in line with standards-based methodologies.
• Communicate solutions to management and partners via presentations and whitepapers.
• Support federal technical delivery methodologies based on industry standards.
