Pinterest is hiring a Performance Solutions Partner II for our New York, NY, or remote US team. In this role you will lead performance strategy for key accounts and partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue growth.

You will diagnose complex performance questions, coordinate with Ad Ops, Measurement, Product and Supply, and support regular reporting including weekly reviews and QBRs. A hybrid in-person collaboration is required 1–2 times every six months.

• Support reporting needs, weekly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Maintain and communicate a performance dashboard to track results across accounts.
