You will own end-to-end production systems, from data modeling to grounded language outputs, with a strong emphasis on correctness and traceability. Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in data engineering or related leadership roles.
• Experience designing canonical data models used by multiple teams.
• Experience with multi-cloud data deployments and tenant isolation.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, BigQuery, or PostgreSQL.
• Production orchestration with Airflow, Dagster or Prefect.
• Strong Python for pipelines and testing.
• Ability to explain architecture decisions in English.
