The role is onsite in Pleasanton, CA, supporting deployments where data remains in the customer's environment. You will own the AI layer, ML models, LLM/agent systems, and per-customer models with strict anti-leakage.

Qualifikationen

• Staff-level applied ML/AI with production delivery experience.
• Hands-on depth in time-series modeling and anomaly/outlier detection.
• Experience with gradient-boosted models (LightGBM/XGBoost) in Python.

Aufgaben

• Own the AI and intelligence layer and the discipline that keeps it honest.
• Own the machine-learning models that learn each customer’s patterns.
• Own the LLM and agentic systems that produce grounded outputs.
• Build per-customer models with anti-leakage discipline.
• Set a high bar for evaluation, grounding, and hallucination control.
• Provide technical direction for the AI layer and collaborate with evaluation.
• Turn user feedback into durable improvements.
