Job summary

Amazon’s My HR Live Support (MHLS) team seeks a Sr. Advisor for a 6-month direct contract focusing on Tier 2 Specialty Operations. The role involves handling payroll, disability, leaves, and policy inquiries via phone, chat, and cases, delivering end-to-end case management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations with regulatory compliance. Remote work options available within limited VCC states or US regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or HR management or case management or leave & disability management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about disability and leave events, time-off, payments, and work-related situations available to employees.
• Inbound and outbound phone, chat and case support through the Specialized Support Queues.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees to provide holistic case management services, including medical documentation review to adjudicate compliance with leave plans, laws and benefits.
