Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Business Engineer to own end-to-end technical integrations with key advertising partners, guiding them through API adoption and platform integrations. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and business development to deliver high-impact solutions and reusable patterns.

You will prototype integrations in partner environments, code in Python/Java/JavaScript/Node.js, and influence roadmap decisions while ensuring scalable, reliable partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience with end-to-end ownership of technical projects.
• Strong backend/API development in Python/Java/JavaScript/Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor and solutions architect for strategic partners or advertisers.
• Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions to accelerate enablement and value creation.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead onboarding, testing, and pre-launch support for smooth implementations.
• Represent partner technical voice internally to influence product priorities.
• Support escalations for complex integrations and provide clear directions to unblock progress.
