Job summary

Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Specialist to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You’ll manage campaigns in your vertical, seasonal launches, and self‑serve initiatives, reporting to the Ad Ops Manager and collaborating with Customer Success, Business Development, Growth and Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

You’ll ensure campaigns go live on time, perform QA on copy and links, and coordinate timelines across teams during seasonal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, program/project/business/marketplace operations.
• Ability to move quickly, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory booking tool and flag utilization gaps.
• Build campaigns in internal CMS and Braze, including seasonal and self-serve campaigns.
• QA copy, links, and budgets; coordinate timelines across teams during seasonal builds.
• Monitor pacing, flag risks early, and work with Insights on tests and budget shifts.
• Run post-campaign reviews and keep booking tool documentation up to date.
