Antelope is seeking a hands-on Accounting Senior Manager to lead the general ledger and accounts payable teams, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements across reporting entities. You will partner with the Controller on audits, taxes, and internal controls while scaling systems and automation to support growth.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, 8+ years in accounting with 3+ years leading GL/AP teams, and experience with NetSuite in a remote, U.S.-based position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA highly desirable; public accounting or audit experience a plus.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years leading GL and AP teams.
• Proven experience closing monthly books within 10 days for an inventory-heavy, omnichannel CPG business.
• Experience supporting a full year-end financial statement audit.
• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite and system implementations highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build clean, well-formatted analyses.
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• This is a remote position open to candidates based in the U.S. only.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end close process and deliver financial statements for each reporting entity within 10 days of month-end.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee AP activity, vendor payments, and cash management to optimize liquidity.
• Manage inventory close, COGS, and obsolescence for multiple locations.
• Coordinate audit and tax requests with the Controller and auditors.
• Drive process improvements and automation in close, journals, and reconciliations.
