Qualifications

• Current or recent hands-on professional experience in Accounting or a closely related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting processes.
• Ability to clearly explain complex accounting concepts, identify errors, and articulate appropriate accounting treatments and reasoning.
• Strong written communication, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting work for technical accuracy and proper application of accounting principles.
• Identify accounting and financial reporting errors and explain correct treatments clearly.
• Determine and communicate appropriate accounting treatments for various scenarios.
• Develop practical accounting tasks and scenarios based on real-world experience.
• Apply expertise across financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, GAAP/IFRS, audit, tax, controls, and reporting.
• Follow project guidelines and provide precise, well-reasoned written feedback.
