Job summary

Prosci Senior Accountant supports the Americas & ANZ Controller in managing financial operations. You will ensure accurate data, tax compliance, and reporting in a dynamic global environment.

The role emphasizes US GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, and collaboration with the global finance team. Travel is minimal as needed; remote US work is supported with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, preferably in multinational/shared services.
• Strong US GAAP understanding and tax compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist month-end and year-end closing across entities.
• Post accruals and prepaid expenses for accurate reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.
• Support management reports, variance analysis, and US GAAP compliance.
• Prepare sales and use tax returns and tax workpapers.
• Assist audits and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with global finance to standardize policies.
