3–5 years of experience with general ledger, month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
Experience with EPM software.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Compile financial information for accurate financial statement preparation.
Post journal entries and handle payables, bank reconciliations, and billing reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries for the general ledger.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Facilitate wire transfers for club transactions.
Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate related party receivables and payables.
Assist in financial statement preparation and reporting package.
Support financial audits and annual budget preparation.
Monitor banking activity for fund availability.
Drive departmental goals and process improvements.
Support events and peer development in the timeshare industry.
Contribute to the development of junior accountants.
