Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA license is a plus.
• 3–5 years in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Experience with ERP tools (Business Central) and related systems.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Perform revenue accounting and gross-to-net analysis.
• Handle intercompany transactions and related reporting.
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Ensure correct expense coding and classification.
• Review expense reports and administer T&E program.
