Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle, hands-on accounting experience
• Own the full accounting cycle independently
• Strong QuickBooks, ADP and Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and compliance with payroll tax requirements for multiple states
• Monthly transaction reconciliations of all bank and credit card accounts
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Sales tax calculations and filings across jurisdictions
• Monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Quarterly financial reporting for leadership
• Month-end and year-end close processes
• Budgeting and forecasting as needed
• Support external tax preparers/auditors with documentation and schedules
