Job summary

Jasper, a leading marketing agents platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Accounting team in a fast-growing environment. You will own the monthly close, general ledger operations, and balance sheet reconciliations, partnering across the business to streamline processes and support growth.

This fully remote role reports to the Controller and is open to candidates located anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead an accurate and timely month-end close by preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations across cash, prepaids, accruals, intercompany, fixed assets, and other general ledger accounts
• Manage close workflows, task tracking, and balance sheet reconciliations within Numeric to drive close efficiency and transparency
• Oversee corporate card transactions, employee expense reimbursements, and accounts payable workflows utilizing Ramp
• Reconcile subscription billing, SaaS metrics, and payment gateway transactions within Maxio
• Maintain equity transaction records, stock-based compensation schedules, and capitalization table reporting in Carta
