Job summary

Jasper is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead month-end close, GL operations, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will partner cross-functionally to strengthen processes, ensure US GAAP compliance, and support audits and tax filings.

This fully remote role reports to the Controller and requires a CPA license, 3+ years of GL experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and familiarity with NetSuite, Ramp, Numeric, Maxio, and Carta for subscriptions, billing, and equity management.

Qualifications

• CPA license required; for public accounting background is a plus.
• 3+ years of progressive GL accounting in fast-paced tech or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage close workflows and journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable, corporate card, and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile SaaS metrics, billing, and payments in Maxio and related tools.
• Maintain equity and capitalization reporting in Carta; ASC 340 items.
