Job summary

Jasper, a marketing agents platform, seeks a Senior Accountant to own monthly close, GL operations, and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast-growing environment. You will partner across the business to streamline processes and support growth.

This fully remote role reports to the Controller and is open to candidates located anywhere in the US. You will work with NetSuite, Ramp, Numeric, Maxio, and Carta to manage close cycles and revenue accounting.

Qualifications

• AI fluency and CPA license are required.
• 3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and close processes.
• Experience with cloud ERP and SaaS billing/revenue tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee AP workflows and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile SaaS billing and payments.
• Maintain equity records and capitalization tables.
• Ensure policies comply with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Support external audits and tax filings.
