Job summary

Jasper, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the close, general ledger operations, and balance sheet reconciliations in a fully remote role reporting to the Controller. Open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

You will manage month-end close, reconcile accounts, review subscriptions and SaaS billing, and support audits and filings. A CPA and 3+ years in GL accounting with US GAAP expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience in technology or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and close procedures.
• Experience with cloud ERP and SaaS billing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee close workflows and expense/payable processes.
• Reconcile subscriptions and SaaS billing.
• Maintain equity and capitalization records.
• Support annual audits and tax filings.
