This remote role is open to candidates in the United States, preferably North Carolina or Ames, Iowa, with up to 40% travel. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions and expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience with hydraulics understanding.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or senior account management within hydraulics or related sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding share of wallet within customer accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Danfoss products within the construction segment.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Act as a solution-oriented partner, crossing-sell and up-sell product offerings to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate globally with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions exceeding expectations.
