TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Senior Account Representative to lead relationship activities with consumer packaged goods companies in North America, focusing on Flexible Packaging sales and aligning with TOPPAN's growth strategies.

You will manage day-to-day account activities, build strong relationships across commercial, technical, operations, marketing and supply chain teams, develop account strategies, and drive profitable growth by identifying mutual wins for TOPPAN and customers.

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing negotiations in large, complex accounts.
• Expert level leadership skills including ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and business strategy with creativity and agility.
