Qualifications

• Experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Established rolodex of law firm contacts within the target territory.
• 5-10 years of experience marketing services to the legal community.
• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads while growing an existing book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and manage sales materials.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals and contracts.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training and education.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports and respond to inquiries.
