Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to lead outbound sales for North American fitness clients in a fast-paced remote environment. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting to close, and will develop strategic territory plans to meet revenue targets.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and drive revenue, while leveraging MEDDIC and Salesforce to forecast and manage opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing mid-level accounts or fitness industry experience.
• Proven top-tier performance (top 25% ranking).
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales including outbound lead generation.
• Experience with MEDDIC methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams on messaging and collateral.
• Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Work with customer success for seamless onboarding.
• Manage detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
• Represent ABC at industry events.
• Complete quarterly business plans and expense reports.
