We seek an Account Director, Client Strategy to own strategic client relationships, drive renewal and expansion motions, and align Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Creative, and RevOps for measurable revenue outcomes.

You will operate with autonomy, commercial rigor, and executive presence across a $2M+ portfolio, influencing retention, expansion, and client experience while partnering with VP-, CMO-,

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, with significant exposure to B2B SaaS or technology clients.
• Proven experience owning renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell motions across a $2M+ portfolio.
• Strong fluency across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
• Experience partnering with VP-, CMO-, and CRO‑level client stakeholders.
• Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships and executive communication for enterprise and high-growth clients.
• Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies linked to NRR performance.
• Architect cross-channel growth plans across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
• Own portfolio economics including forecasting, margins, scope, and renewal negotiations.
• Lead QBRs and executive storytelling translating performance into revenue impact.
• Partner with channel leads, PMs, and ops to align priorities and manage risk.
• Mentor strategists and project teams to elevate strategic thinking.
• Identify client risks early and mitigate issues before escalation.
