Job summary

Wpromote seeks a Senior Director, Client Strategy to lead a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, translating goals into cohesive, full-funnel marketing strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, video, and retail media.

You will own account health, mentor cross-functional teams, and drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction while guiding planning, testing, and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media, marketing strategy, or integrated client leadership.
• Experience leading executive-level client conversations.
• Ability to translate objectives into full-funnel strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive strategic lead and primary business owner across complex accounts.
• Design and guide full-funnel, multi-channel strategies across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and more.
• Translate client KPIs and growth goals into structured media investment frameworks.
• Lead executive-level client engagements including QBRs and annual planning sessions.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Business Development on new opportunities.
• Own account health metrics including retention, revenue growth, profitability, and delivery quality.
• Ensure deliverables meet strategic standards and align with SOWs for measurable impact.
• Partner with Analytics to operationalize MTA, MMM, incrementality testing, and advanced measurement.
