Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Monitor policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy actions.
• Support new/renewal business through research, submissions, and proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and manage delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency systems and ensure data accuracy.
