Insurance Office of America is seeking an experienced Senior Account Associate to provide administrative and client service support for commercial lines. You will work under an Account Manager, ensuring timely renewals, accurate endorsements, and quality submissions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical thinking, and proactive service across policy management, billing, and carrier interactions while maintaining IOA values and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Active licensing or CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Track policy expirations and process renewals on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Assist with submissions, coverages, pricing, and proposals for new and renewal business.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collection efforts.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy across platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team promptly.
• Deliver proactive service, anticipate needs, and uphold policy compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and embody IOA values.
