Responsibilities

• Team leadership and directing day-to-day activities of support staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and assist with proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service to clients.
