You will work under supervision of an Account Manager, ensuring accurate renewals, submissions, and coverage decisions while managing smaller accounts with care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
• Track policy expirations and renewals for existing clients.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and relate tasks.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver excellent service and anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and seek improvements.
